- Do you ship internationally?
Shipping is available worldwide. If there's any issue with shipping during checkout, please let us know by sending an email through our contact page.
- Why is shipping to the US so expensive? / Why am I charged taxes?
Due to new tariff regulations, all orders are subject to an additional fee to clear customs. After seeing the average of what was charged in the past, this is the best middle ground I could find. Sadly, it can't be lowered.
All US packages will be shipped with the DDP system. You won't be charged extra when the package arrives.
All US packages will be shipped with a tracking number.
Sadly, due to the high cost, I won't be able to resend packages sent back to me due to incorrect address or similar, unless you are okay with paying the shipping + tariff again.
- How long does it take for the package to arrive?
Orders get ready and shipped once products arrive.
Spain and Europe orders should arrive within 2 weeks.
International orders may need up to a month depending on your region.
- My order got returned, what should I do?
Whenever an order gets returned, customer will be contacted through the email they entered during checkout. We will reship your order as needed, to the same address or a different one.
If you think your order will get returned, please let us know so we can be prepared to ship it back.
- Are refunds allowed?
At the time, no refunds or cancellations are accepted.
If you don't receive your item or it arrives damaged, please contact us and we will look into it.
